Course Structure
The International Project is very flexible, depending on the partners and the needs of the participants. The basic procedure of a project is as follows:
Phase 1
The Bavarian students get registered at vhb (Virtuelle Hochschule Bayern)
All students join the online community hosted by mixxt
Students get familiar to the web 2.0 tools required
Students get informed about the project's objectives, tasks, contents and methods
Come together with international partners, suggesting possible topics
Phase 2
Discussing possible topics
Definite choice of a topic and formation of an online community
Reading and commenting on basic course literature
Drafting a thesis, developing a research design (questionnaires, interviews)
